So Guess What?

WE'RE HAVING A BABY!
Before you start to judge the baby daddy let me tell you that I picked out his shirt because I thought it was hilarious! We told our families on Easter, hence the reason for the "due to hatch" shirt.
So here are the deets:
- I'm 15 weeks along
- Due October 23rd
- I haven't been sick at all!
- We are SO excited and a little scared!

P.S. Marc is a one hit wonder!

What the...

SO MUCH FOR MY LAST POST! Well this would have been better had it been posted the actual day of the storm but that was not possible due to the fact that our internet was down for 2 days afterward...

This is the tree in our backyard that snapped in half and just happened to come down over the power line.



So we lost a couple of trees, and power for about 5 hours and woke up to a house that was a balmy 55 degrees. All of American Fork looked like a disaster with trees all over the ground.

So anyway, that was a total drag and Marc spent the weekend chopping down the trees and hauling them off. Our backyard sure feels bigger now. But then we have a day like today and it's 73 degrees outside. What the???

Spring!

I'm loving the spring weather. Well, the sunny, warm part and the rainy part. I do NOT like the snowy, windy part. I think that the last two days have been absolutely beautiful (rain included)! So, just remember the April Showers bring these lovelies to those who are motivated enough to plant them. These are courtesy of my mom's yard.

As for me and my house... we will stick to our low maintenance landscaping.
